Importance of Property Inspections

Carrying out a property inspection takes no more than 15 minutes to complete and can highlight any maintenance issues that the tenant may not be aware of or have reported.

It will also check the condition in which the tenant maintains the property and confirms who is residing at the property. If there are any potential neighbouring disputes it will highlight this as well.

We carry out the first inspection in the third month of the tenancy commencing, a further inspection six months later and if satisfactory every 9 – 12 months thereafter.
